The Role

As our Inbound Sales Manager, you will build and scale our APAC chat sales operations to capture untapped regional demand and optimize our existing Asian markets. Your leadership will establish a scalable, AI-driven commercial foundation that transforms the APAC region into a major revenue engine for Holafly.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive regional commercial growth by taking full ownership of conversion rates, average order value, and revenue per chat across APAC.

* Spearhead new market launches across East Asia by capturing organic demand and establishing highly effective baseline closing rates.

* Elevate existing market performance in regions like Japan by diagnosing conversion trends and executing strategic plans to lift overall sales.

* Design scalable operating systems by building regional playbooks, reporting frameworks, and automated routing rules from the ground up.

* Leverage AI for operational efficiency by creating intelligent workflows that scale our chat coverage without relying on linear headcount increases.

* Lead a cross-cultural remote team by coaching diverse agents and ensuring strict adherence to complex regional compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

* Deep East Asian commercial fluency, featuring hands-on consumer sales experience within top local messaging apps and regional payment rails.

* Market expansion expertise, with a proven track record of successfully opening or lifting new markets across Asia.

* Systems and AI leverage, demonstrating the ability to build automated solutions that multiply team capabilities.

* Cross-cultural leadership skills to effectively manage, coach, and develop diverse, remote teams.

* Native-level fluency in a primary East Asian language and professional English to seamlessly bridge local and global operations.

Nice to Have

• Experience ineSIM, telecom, or travel tech.

• Background working withoutbound Asian travellers.
