Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney specializing in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings who is passionate about the practice of law and takes pride in producing top-tier legal work. Responsibilities: Represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy Prepare and file legal documents such as bankruptcy petitions, motions, schedules, creditor notices, and responses. Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive bankruptcy advice to clients. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Ensure adherence to all bankruptcy laws, regulations, and legal standards. Requirements: Hold a Juris Doctorate and maintain good standing with the State Bar. Proficiency in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy law and procedures. Demonstrated experience as a practicing bankruptcy attorney, preferably as an Independent Contractor, Special Appearance Attorney, or Coverage Counsel. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Capacity to work independently and reliably, with minimal supervision. Familiarity with legal research tools and technology, including Microsoft Office, WebEx, Zoom, Teams, Westlaw, and Lexis.
