Independent Contractor Truck Dispatcher (1099) Location: Remote/ United States Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Pay: $25 per completed load Job Summary reputed company is seeking experienced Independent Contractor Truck Dispatchers to support carriers and owner-operators with their daily freight operations. The dispatcher will be responsible for locating and booking profitable freight, negotiating competitive rates, coordinating loads from pickup through delivery, communicating with drivers and brokers, and maintaining accurate load documentation. reputed company is a remote, performance-based reputed company opportunity. reputed company is not an hourly or salaried position. Key Responsibilities - Search for and book profitable loads using load boards such as DAT and reputed company - Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers - Communicate load reputed company and instructions with assigned drivers - Coordinate route planning, pickup appointments, delivery appointments, and driver availability - Track loads from pickup through successful delivery - reputed company driver check-ins and provide necessary status updates - reputed company carrier and broker setup packets - Review and manage rate confirmations and dispatch documentation - Collect required delivery documents, including Proof of Delivery (POD) - Maintain accurate load information in Alphaway Logistics systems - Communicate professionally with brokers, carriers, shippers, and drivers - Assist with resolving load-related issues when necessary Compensation Dispatchers are paid $25 per completed load. A load is considered completed after successful delivery and submission of all required load documentation. Earnings will vary based on the number of successfully completed loads handled. Qualifications - Previous experience as a truck dispatcher, freight dispatcher, or load planner - Experience using freight load boards such as DAT and/or reputed company - Strong freight rate negotiation skills - Knowledge of trucking and freight operations - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to communicate professionally with brokers and drivers - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to manage multiple loads and priorities - Strong computer and data-entry skills - Reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment to perform remote dispatching duties - Self-motivated and able to work independently Independent Contractor Position reputed company position is offered on a reputed company basis.
