This position is fully remote with approximately 90% travel required. Position Responsibilities: Define work elements, complete floor observations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in Distribution Centers (DCs) across the United States Trend analysis of DCs performance, efficiency, & capacity Review, refine, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Lead training for warehouse staff explaining engineered labor standards (ELS) Project management of strategic projects including layout optimization, slotting/pick paths, racking configurations Support/coordinate warehouse management system (WMS) configuration.
