Title: Infrastructure Project Manager Duration: Fulltime Location: Remote Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead enterprise-level network infrastructure, data center migration, and cloud engineering projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including networking, cloud platforms, data centers, security, storage, and systems engineering. This role requires excellent project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, vendor coordination, and communication skills, along with experience using Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of infrastructure, network engineering, data center migration, and cloud transformation projects. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, resource allocations, dependencies, and deliverables. Manage network infrastructure initiatives involving LAN/WAN, network upgrades, security, load balancers, and connectivity. Oversee data center migration projects, including infrastructure readiness, application coordination, migration planning, cutover, and post-migration stabilization. Manage cloud infrastructure and migration projects involving cloud provisioning, connectivity, security, and coordination with Cloud, DevOps, and application teams. Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate internal engineering teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to align resources, timelines, and priorities. Prepare and present project status reports, executive updates, risk assessments, and project documentation. Facilitate project meetings, track action items, assign ownership, and ensure timely follow-up. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities, resources, and deadlines. Apply Agile/Scrum and hybrid project management practices to break complex initiatives into manageable activities and deliver incremental results. Collaborate with Network, Cloud, Data Center, Systems, Storage, Security, DevOps, and Application Engineering teams to support successful project execution.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, network engineering, data center migration, or cloud infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of network technologies, including LAN/WAN, network security, load balancing, and enterprise connectivity. Experience managing data center migration, infrastructure transformation, application dependencies, cutover planning, and stabilization. Experience managing cloud migration or cloud infrastructure implementation projects. Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, issue resolution, and resource coordination skills. Experience working with technical engineering teams and participating in infrastructure-related technical discussions. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, resolve conflicts, and drive deliverables within established timelines.
