About the position Auto Club Enterprises is seeking ambitious, self-directed sales professionals with a strong work ethic, career dedication, and a winning attitude to join its remote Inside Sales team. The position offers comprehensive paid training and ongoing development to support a long-term sales career. During training, agents earn \$24 per hour for 40 hours per week and are not yet commissioned. After training, agents work under an uncapped commission plan; the top 10% of agents earn \$95,000–\$110,000 or more annually, and top performers may earn well over \$100,000 annually. The role involves prospecting and networking to source and develop leads, meeting sales goals, communicating effectively, and delivering excellent customer service to support client retention. Agents must be able to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses during paid training; these licenses are not required before hire.
