Daily (35 Hot Leads/Day Provided — Zero Cold Door Knocking): Every day, our dispatch system flags ~35 hot residential property leads where a homeowner has passed away indoors and the surviving Next of Kin needs immediate biohazard property restoration—which is covered 100% by Homeowners Insurance (HO-3) with $0 out-of-pocket cost to the family.
