What You'll Do

• Prospect, engage, and close new business opportunities nationwide
• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on qualified leads
• Consult with business owners to identify payment processing needs and recommend customized solutions
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Develop long-term client relationships that drive ongoing success
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and performance goals
• Utilize Paynada's innovative products and competitive solutions to help businesses succeed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent B2B inside sales experience, including cold calling, prospecting, and closing
• Minimum 1 year of merchant services or payment processing industry experience
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly competitive mindset

Compensation

• Base salary: $40,000 - $45,000 annually, depending on experience and location
• Uncapped commission structure
• Daily, weekly, and monthly performance incentives
• W-2 employment status
• Non-exempt position
