Inside Sales Supervisor
Description
- Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Oversee daily sales activities, lead follow-up, account coverage, and workload priorities.
- Monitor sales results and key performance metrics; address gaps and recognize success.
- Partner with field sales and Customer Experience to coordinate outreach and account support.
- Improve sales processes, customer engagement, and conversion of leads into sales.
- Ensure accurate Salesforce records, pipeline visibility, and timely reporting to leadership.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training on products and sales practices.
- Experience in inside sales with demonstrated success achieving sales goals.
- Prior team leadership or sales management experience.
- Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to set priorities, manage performance, and hold team members accountable.
- Ability to use sales data to identify trends and improve results.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative approach to working across departments.
- Healthcare or medical device sales experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of the sales process from lead generation through close.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM and Microsoft Office.
- 90% Home office/Work from home
- 10% Travel, drivable within 2 hours
Experience in inside sales with demonstrated success, prior team leadership or sales management experience, strong coaching and communication skills, ability to use sales data, high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office.
