This role coordinates scheduling, municipal registrations, and close-out requirements for projects on the Inspected platform, supports Inspectors in capturing the video and photos used for virtual inspections, and works with the Admin Team to get inspection reports to municipalities on time. The right person is organized, personable, and unflappable — someone who keeps many projects moving at once, builds real relationships with builders and contractors, and spots problems before they become delays. • Close-OutCoordinate the workflow of scheduling, municipal registrations, and close-out requirements for all projects on the Inspected platform

• Sales SupportProvide administrative and documentation support for all SFR contractor activities, and maintain accurate and complete records
