Role Description This full-time remote Insurance Agent role involves helping individuals and families evaluate their insurance needs and select appropriate coverage options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual consultations, presenting insurance products, explaining policy benefits, and guiding clients through application and enrollment processes. The Insurance Agent will maintain client records, follow up with existing policyholders, and respond to inquiries to ensure high-quality customer service. The role also includes meeting sales and performance targets, staying informed about company products and compliance requirements, and collaborating with team members and managers to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively present and explain life and supplemental coverage options. Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to assess client needs and support sound financial protection strategies. Strong Customer Service abilities to build trust, maintain client relationships, and handle questions and concerns professionally. Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, for remote client interactions. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time efficiently, and meet performance goals. Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and video conferencing platforms. Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is preferred but not required. Relevant licensing for insurance sales (or willingness and ability to obtain required licenses within specified timelines).
