A day in the life: As our Client Service Specialist on the Transportation team, you’ll work within a team dedicated to providing exceptional client service. You’ll support the team by updating and maintaining information in the client management system, issuing certificates of insurance and auto ID cards, invoicing, policy reviews, process endorsements and many other client service needs as they arise.
