You will have a non-equity “partner” level title if you qualify as described herein. We also give skilled lawyers independence to communicate with clients and develop your cases. You have access to upper management and will be a part of a responsive, high achieving team. We have trial level lawyers to assist but do support you trying your own cases if you so desire and demonstrate the necessary skills. You are lead counsel on day-to-day management of your cases and are expected to be actively involved. The ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following defense areas: bodily injury, construction defect, professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment. Qualifications and Compensation Minimum 10 years of insurance defense experience, with at least 5 years in Texas. Salaries and total compensation packages discussed during interviews.
