The firm represents major national and multinational insurance carriers in sophisticated coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, and complex commercial insurance matters. Key Responsibilities

Handle insurance coverage disputes, insurance defense matters, and complex civil litigation. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda. Conduct legal research, analyze insurance policies, and prepare coverage opinions. Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and litigation strategy. Manage cases through various stages of litigation.

Qualifications

Active California Bar membership. Minimum 2 years of litigation experience. Experience in insurance defense, insurance coverage, or bad faith litigation. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to independently manage litigation matters and collaborate with a team. Federal litigation experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Insurance Defense: $150,000–$200,000 base salary DOE. Insurance Coverage: $200,000–$250,000 base salary DOE. Billable Requirement: 1,850 hours annually.
