Insurance Sales Producer —Brightway, Miami Lakes |P&C Licensed | Remote About the Opportunity This fully remote opportunity is with a Brightway-affiliated agency serving the Miami Lakes, FL market. We're looking for a licensed producer who can sell effectively without an office around them — you'll still have full access to Brightway's carrier network and agency support. What You'll Handle Sell personal lines coverage (auto, home, life) to new and existing clients Match customers with the right coverage through a consultative approach Work inbound leads provided by the agency through to close Own your monthly sales targets in a remote, performance-based setup What We Need Active P&C insurance license 1–3 years in insurance or sales preferred Strong written and verbal communication for remote client work Disciplined and self-motivated — this is a remote role with real accountability Why This Role Works Commission is uncapped, so remote doesn't mean limited — your earnings track your output.
