Role Description The Intake Specialist – Entry Level is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting client intake and initial service coordination for My Morocco Observer. Day-to-day tasks include receiving and documenting inquiries, collecting and verifying client information, and accurately entering data into internal systems. The role involves explaining basic service options, answering routine questions, and directing clients to appropriate team members when needed. The Intake Specialist collaborates with colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, follows established procedures and privacy guidelines, and maintains organized records. This role may also assist with gathering insurance-related information, tracking follow-ups, and supporting continuous improvement of intake processes.

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage respectfully and clearly with diverse clients and team members. Candidates should possess Client Intake and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, gather accurate information, and provide a professional, supportive experience. Candidates should possess basic Insurance knowledge or the ability to learn how to collect and verify insurance-related information as part of the intake process. Candidates should possess solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requests, maintain detailed records, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Candidates should possess proficiency with common computer applications, data entry accuracy, and the ability to follow documented procedures and confidentiality standards. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support is beneficial but not required.
