A state court system needs an external quality assurance review of its division of internal audit. We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins. What you'll do - Conduct external quality assessments against IIA Global Internal Audit Standards (and GAGAS where applicable) - Review audit charters, methodology, workpapers, and QAIP - Interview stakeholders and benchmark practices - Issue the conformance opinion and recommendations - Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered. Required - At least 5 years of professional experience in internal audit, including leading or serving on external quality assessments - CIA certification - Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant Nice to have - IIA QA certification / QAR training - Government or judiciary audit experience - CPA or CGAP
