Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI or any functions within Microsoft 365 environment. Collaborate with users to gather requirements and identify opportunities for automation. Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements through automation. Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and third-party applications via APIs and connectors. Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure performance and reliability. Create and maintain detailed documentation on workflows, logic, and configurations. Provide user training and support on new and existing automated solutions. Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices. Requirements

Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint. Strong understanding of business process mapping and automation principles. Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization concepts is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Owned working laptops and it should not be slow in opening applications or lag in typing. Minimum Windows 10, and recommend to have 8GB RAM, SSD) and decent Internet connection speed (speed test minimum 20mbps). Corporate Laptops can be provided for certain areas. Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English.
