Role Description Remote Position within USA Application Development Enhancement Develop maintain and support Java based Data Quality applications APIs and integrations Design and implement SOAP and RESTful web services Build and enhance data validation matching standardization identity resolution and cleansing processes Support integrations between source systems and Data Quality platforms Production Support Incident Management Investigate and resolve Data Quality incidents service requests defects and production issues Monitor application health service availability queues batch jobs and integrations Manage queue backlogs duplicate records merge exceptions and invalid data scenarios Support operational activities related to contact household organization and policy data maintenance Data Quality Operations Analyze customer and policy data quality issues and implement corrective actions Perform root cause analysis for matching merging ingestion synchronization and householding issues Partner with business and technology teams to eliminate recurring data defects Assist with preventive maintenance monitoring and cleanup activities to ensure application stability. Analysis Troubleshooting Diagnose production issues using logs application diagnostics SQL queries monitoring tools and API testing. Troubleshoot application integration and dataprocessing failures Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to resolve system bottlenecks and processing issues Document findings corrective actions preventive measures and support procedures
