Key Responsibilities

Architecture Solution Design Define enterprise architecture standards frameworks and best practices Design scalable secure and resilient Java based solutions on IBM WebSphere platforms Create high level and low level design documents architecture diagrams and technical roadmaps Review and approve application design technology choices and implementation approaches WebSphere Administration Middleware Architect and support WebSphere Application Server environments including clustering deployment and high availability configurations Define deployment topology capacity planning failover and disaster recovery strategies Lead WebSphere upgrades migrations and modernization initiatives Ensure application reliability scalability and operational excellence Application Development Integration Provide technical leadership for JavaJ2EE application development teams Design enterprise integrations using MQ JMS APIs web services and messaging frameworks Review code quality architecture compliance and application security standards Drive adoption of modern architectural patterns and reusable frameworks Performance Security Analyze and resolve complex performance issues across application and middleware layers Implement security best practices including SSO LDAP OAuth SSL and authentication frameworks Conduct architecture reviews risk assessments and security evaluations Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards Other Details Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance.
