Jr Project Analyst Razor is seeking a detail-oriented Jr Project Analyst to support project coordination, documentation, reporting, and daily team operations for a technical project. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and can manage multiple tasks while supporting a fast-paced project team.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain project trackers, schedules, reports, and documentation. Track project activities, deadlines, and action items to support timely completion of deliverables. Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and presentations. Gather, organize, and validate project data to support reporting and decision-making. Coordinate with project team members to monitor progress and follow up on outstanding tasks. Support project meetings, administrative coordination, and daily operational activities. Assist with maintaining accurate and organized project records and documentation. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office , particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience preparing reports, meeting notes, and project documentation. Ability to track tasks, manage competing priorities, and follow up on action items. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting IT or technical projects. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development environments. Experience using Jira or similar project tracking and management tools.
