The Junior Unity Developer contract role is a remote position focused on supporting the design and development of interactive experiences and games in Unity. Qualifications

Strong foundation in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) within Unity or similar game engines. Experience or coursework in Mobile Game Development, including performance optimization and platform-specific considerations. Familiarity with Augmented Reality (AR) concepts, tools, or frameworks used in interactive applications. Basic Level Design skills, including implementing layouts, gameplay flows, and interactive elements. Understanding of Unity workflows (scenes, prefabs, components) and version control systems such as Git. Ability to read and write clean, maintainable C# code and follow established coding standards. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to debug and iterate on features. Effective remote collaboration skills, including clear communication, time management, and responsiveness. Portfolio or examples of personal, academic, or professional Unity projects demonstrating relevant experience. Interest in experimental, cross-disciplinary projects and a desire to learn new tools and techniques.
