Employment: Internship Start Date: Summer Department: Customer Success & Account Management Role Overview: The role focuses on sales. The company's internship program is driven by a single focus: to find the company's future leaders. The Undergraduate Intern Program runs 10-12 weeks and based at headquarters in El Segundo, CA. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinating and executing planogram (if applicable). Analyzing internal and external sales data to make insightful and actionable recommendations. Enhancing the .com and mobile businesses (if applicable). Creating reports and presentations to effectively communicate the account plan. Evaluating and pitching for Promotional placement. Participating in a sales intern group project. Collaborate on projects within the Sales Division to drive toy sales strategies. Qualifications: Be currently enrolled in an accredited university as a rising senior, graduating in 2028. Major and/or minor in Business, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Retail Development or a related field of study. Interest in pursuing a career in Sales/Account Management. Proven communication, verbal, written and analytical skills. Must have the ability to be sensitive to other cultures’ styles of working. Must have the ability to keep sensitive information confidential. Strong MS Office Suite Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word). Detail-oriented, organized, methodical, process-oriented thinker. Effective time manager - able to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities. Self-starter capable of working effectively independently or as part of a team. Positive, high-energy “Can Do” attitude. Accuracy and attention to detail. Intent listening skills with ability to apply learnings. Ability to be flexible to changing business priorities. Compensation: The compensation for this role is $24 per hour.
