The Key Account Support Specialist blends administrative, customer service, and sales support responsibilities to drive account success and business growth. It’s highly collaborative, involving both internal and external interactions. The position starts with a tactical focus managing daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting quoting and order processes, with opportunities to grow into more strategic and external facing responsibilities. This is a hybrid position based at our Global Support Center in Rosemont, IL (remote M/F; in-office T/W/Th).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate franchise and account records in CRM and internal repositories.
• Assist with quoting Life Fitness and Hammer Strength products and services.
• Update orders post-sale and manage product/address changes.
• Provide product details and respond to key account information requests.
• Prepare open order summaries and pull sales data reports.
• Support facility design requests and other account-specific needs.
• Collaborate with Business Support, Order Management, and Key Account Managers to prioritize and complete tasks.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal Key Account Managers, resolving issues and sharing updates.
• Support meetings with agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service to strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or account management.
• Strong communication, organization, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or related industries preferred.
• Salesforce and Oracle experience preferred.
