Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience across diverse roles, including SEO Specialist, Marketing Associate, Paid Media, Sales, or other related jobs
- Degree in business, human resources, psychology, etc. If not, successful performance in a similar role will be considered.
- Advanced C1/C2 level of English
- Proficient with Zoho Recruit or any other HR CRM.
- Previous experience working with Slack, Asana, Loom and/or similar.
- Familiarity with industry tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Strives in dynamic environments
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Availability during CST US time zone.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies.
- Assist with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, etc
- Draft recruitment advertisements; posts and/or place ads in the most effective digital media for open positions.
- Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
- Interview candidates and create their profile summaries for the client
- Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers.
- Maintain contact with candidates to keep them updated with their process
- Maintain and use correctly the Applicant Tracking System to date
- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the marketplace.
- Attends online job fairs and industry conferences
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
