📢 Lead Advanced Analytics (Product Analytics / Data Science) | Remote 🚀 We're hiring a Lead, Advanced Analytics professional to drive product strategy and business impact through data-driven insights. In this role, you'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to analyze complex datasets, design experiments, build meaningful metrics, and influence key product decisions. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Analyze large-scale data to uncover actionable insights ✅ Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks ✅ Build metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to measure product performance ✅ Apply statistical modeling, forecasting, and causal inference techniques ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to guide product strategy ✅ Present recommendations and insights to senior leadership ✅ Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency Required Experience: ✔ 6+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, or a related field ✔ Strong expertise in SQL and Python (or R) ✔ Experience with experimentation, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis ✔ Proven ability to partner with Product teams and influence business decisions ✔ Experience building KPIs, metrics frameworks, and analytical reporting solutions ✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ✔ Background in quantitative disciplines such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields ✔ Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is a plus Preferred Background: ⭐ Product Analytics ⭐ Growth Analytics ⭐ Consumer Tech / Marketplace Platforms ⭐ Digital Product Strategy & Measurement ⭐ Advanced Statistical Modeling
