Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Record Keeper to support high-volume recordkeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Omni Platform, advanced Excel skills, and strong attention to detail. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage high-volume day-to-day recordkeeping activities and data validation. Utilize the Omni Platform for recordkeeping operations. Perform advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Validate and reconcile information across multiple Excel sheets to ensure accuracy. Maintain accurate records and resolve data discrepancies. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely operations. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of relevant recordkeeping experience. Omni Platform experience is required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Experience validating and reconciling data across multiple spreadsheets. Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team. Contract Opportunity Fully remote position. Initial contract duration of 6–8 months. Potential full-time/permanent opportunities may open around the end of the contract.
