Seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (Lead SDET) who will provide technical leadership in test automation and quality engineering while working full-time in a collaborative Agile team to develop and maintain automated testing solutions for healthcare IT applications. Key responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks Establish and promote automation standards and quality engineering best practices across the team Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, conducting pull request reviews and resolving automation challenges Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field At least eight years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test automation Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation Strong experience with test automation frameworks such as JUnit, NUnit, TestNG, and tools like Selenium and Cypress Experience developing automated tests for Angular applications and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines Experience: 8 years required
