We have a short-term remote opportunity for a legal intake specialist to support incoming calls for a legal matter that is expected to generate high call volume. You will be responsible for fielding incoming calls, answering general questions, qualifying candidates for the case and documenting all calls with accuracy. There is a possibility for a permanent position following this project depending on performance and need. The ideal candidate is a self lead individual that works well independently and as a team, communicates clearly and effectively. You must enjoy speaking with clients daily to move their case forward and are persistent and patient in the follow up required to build their case. You are a able to learn quickly, grasp legal and medical concepts pertaining to a case, learn new systems and software and have HIGH attention to detail. Prior experience with legal intake or within a law firm is preferred. Experienced Required:

• Prior experience as an Intake Specialist, Case Manager or Legal Secretary
• 2+ years experience in customer service managing high volume of calls
