This role is designed for clinically strong, independent, and results-driven therapists who want to practice within a structured, physician-led behavioral health organization that prioritizes clinical excellence, collaboration, and measurable patient outcomes. As an LCSW, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy services, conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs), and other behavioral health professionals. MUST BE OPEN TO TREATING CLIENTS ACROSS THE LIFESPAN (Children, Adolescents, and Adults).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical intake assessments. Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans with measurable clinical goals. Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed techniques, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and other clinically appropriate modalities. Independently manage an assigned caseload while maintaining continuity of care and appropriate patient follow-up. Participate in case consultations, treatment planning discussions, and clinical coordination meetings. Support an integrated psychiatry and psychotherapy model that promotes continuity of care and improved patient outcomes. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and professional boundaries. Clinical Documentation & Accountability Complete all clinical documentation accurately and within established organizational timelines using eClinicalWorks (eCW). Maintain comprehensive intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical records. Ensure documentation supports medical necessity, treatment progression, regulatory compliance, and applicable payer requirements. Adhere to organizational clinical workflows, scheduling expectations, quality standards, and performance metrics.
