Key Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans. Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with the team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Complete necessary documentation according to company policy. Maintain at least 32 available hours per week for patient care. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings. Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently. Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients. Additional Qualifications (not essential): Experience in mental health practice settings. Insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas. Experience: 5 years required
