We are hiring Licensed Therapist – IOP Adolescent Work Setting: Remote | Part Time | Virtual Group Therapy Schedule: Monday/Tues or Monday/Thursday: 4-5:30pm Flexible Hours: 3-6 hours per week We’re looking for a Licensed Therapist to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role is an important part of the team in our Partial Hospitalization Program- treating adolescents struggling with mental health challenges. If you are looking to grow clinically and work collaboratively-apply today! What You’ll Do Support adolescents participating in our virtual IOP. Build positive, trusting relationships. Provide support to adults experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns. Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Facilitate IOP group therapy for adolescents. Support development of coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral strategies. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments when needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
