CareCore at Montgomery is seeking a compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. Available Shifts Full-Time 7:00am-7:00pm Full-Time 7:00pm-7:00am What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN and physician as appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care. Support residents and families with compassionate, respectful care.

Qualifications

Active Ohio LPN license required. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
