What You'll Do

You'll build and manage your own book of landlord accounts using Padspin's technology, marketing, renter demand, and operating infrastructure. You'll develop landlord relationships, advise on pricing using Padspin's proprietary Comp Report, manage renter communication, conduct live video reviews, overcome objections, follow up relentlessly, and move transactions from listing through signed lease. Our Comp Report combines current and historical market data with insights from more than 1 million renters surveyed about what matters most when choosing a home to recommend listing prices and projected days on market. Your job is to build relationships, sell, and close. Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with a 50% revenue share. You earn on every new lease you close and receive 50% of Padspin's annual renewal revenue each year a tenant you placed renews. As your book of business grows, so does your potential recurring income. Padspin has spent 12 years developing its technology-powered rental model and has completed thousands of leases. We bring the landlord opportunities, technology, marketing, renter demand, and infrastructure. You bring the real estate experience, work ethic, and ability to close.
