Blueprint Mental Health is a growing, collaborative mental health practice led by experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Licensed Therapists dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. We are currently seeking fully licensed therapists in the state of Tennessee: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, and LMFT to join our expanding team in a part-time, fully remote W-2 position.This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, strong clinical support, and a healthy work environment where both clients and Therapists are genuinely cared for. Our Therapists receive established referrals through patients already connected to psychiatric medication management services, allowing for a steady flow of motivated clients ready for therapy and a supportive approach to treatment.
