Responsibilities

Identify and close life insurance opportunities with new and existing customers. Meet or exceed monthly and annual life production goals. Conduct needs-based reviews and recommend term, whole, and universal life products. Manage the sales pipeline in the agency CRM from quote to issue. Deliver a customer experience that drives referrals and retention.

Qualifications

Active Nevada Life insurance license. 2+ years selling life insurance with a proven production record. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented in sales environment. Proficient with CRM and computer applications. Flexible work from home options available.
