What You'll Do

Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend suitable life insurance coverage. Build lasting client relationships through education, trust, and follow-through. Grow your client base through referrals, networking, and community outreach. Participate in ongoing product education, mentorship, leadership training, and professional development. Set and work toward personal production and professional growth goals.

Compensation & Details Independent contractor (1099) position with 100% commission-based compensation and no guaranteed base salary. Commissions are not capped, but actual earnings depend on individual production and applicable commission schedules and are not guaranteed. An active life insurance license is required before selling insurance. Licensing guidance is available. Additional state licenses may be required depending on where clients reside. Must be able to pass a background check as required for state licensing and carrier appointments. A past record does not automatically disqualify you. Licensing decisions are made by the state on a case-by-case basis. Work Location & Schedule Location: Irving, TX Work Arrangement: In-person training and team meetings, with flexibility for client consultations and other business activities. Part-time and full-time participation welcomed. Some evening and weekend training sessions may be available.
