Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from website visitors with accurate, helpful information about home care services
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
• Provide detailed information regarding service offerings, availability, and next steps to prospective clients and families
• Assess client needs and route inquiries to appropriate internal departments or caregivers when necessary
• Document and maintain accurate records of all chat interactions in the company's customer management system
• Follow up on unresolved inquiries to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution
• Collaborate with the broader healthcare support team to maintain consistency in messaging and service standards

Requirements
