Requirements

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Amazon’s products and services. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes. Stay up-to-date with new product features and updates.
