What You’ll Do

As a Logistics & Operations Associate you will learn and support day-to-day logistics operations, including:

• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, production teams, and internal teams.

• Track shipments and follow up on pickups and deliveries.

• Update shipment status and maintain tracking sheets in Microsoft Excel.

• Follow up with transport partners on pending or delayed shipments.

• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch.

• Maintain shipping records, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other documents.

• Monitor movement of goods and report any discrepancies.

• Communicate with different stakeholders regarding shipment updates.

• Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports.

• Maintain organized records of shipments and logistics documentation.

• Assist the team with import/export documentation when required.

• Escalate delays, damages, or other operational issues to the reporting manager.

• Learn and follow company logistics processes and documentation requirements.

Excel Skills We’re Looking For

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data analysis, and other Excel functions for day-to-day work.
