Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical analysis for assigned COBOL/CICS and Systematics RM/GN changes. - Review program or job-control changes and document test evidence. - Prepare implementation and backout notes for changes. - Record investigation findings and resolutions for online, batch, RM, or GN issues. - Update relevant technical documentation and link outputs to assigned work items. - Provide status updates and knowledge transfer, addressing review comments as necessary. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with COBOL , CICS , and Systematics RM/GN . - Strong technical analysis skills and experience in documentation.
