This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your expertise directly influences the quality of cutting-edge AI systems. What You'll Do

Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in AI training Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the accuracy and depth of managerial reasoning Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying flawed reasoning Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing detailed, constructive feedback Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field Real-world experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
