About the Opportunity: The MANAGER, PERFORMANCE MARKETING role is focused on expanding and optimizing paid media channels beyond paid search to reduce cost per new member acquisition. This position is responsible for developing strategies that diversify marketing channels, improve website conversion rates, and implement rigorous testing to enhance overall campaign performance. The role is critical in ensuring marketing investments yield measurable impacts by increasing the number of individuals entering care. Responsibilities: Own paid cost per new member as a quarterly target. Manage budget pacing and allocation across multiple paid channels. Lead diversification into affiliate, programmatic and streaming audio, Meta, and Reddit channels. Build, test, and scale campaigns in newer channels with defined success criteria. Manage programmatic and streaming audio partners, including planning and measurement. Oversee paid search specialist work on Google and Microsoft Ads. Design and execute structured tests of bid strategies and campaign types. Plan annual campaigns accounting for seasonality in demand and cost. Maintain offline conversion tracking and value-based bidding to optimize for member outcomes. Ensure alignment and collaboration with Access and Organic & AI Acquisition teams. Requirements: Experience managing paid media campaigns with a focus on performance marketing. Ability to diversify and scale paid channels beyond paid search. Proficiency in campaign testing and data-driven optimization. Skills in managing external partners and internal teams. Understanding of offline conversion tracking and value-based bidding.
