  • You contribute to the strategic steering of our business unit PHL by preparing leadership offsites and ensuring the execution of follow-up actions across our entities.
  • In addition, you work closely with the Director Value Creation & Strategy PHL in managing additional projects commissioned by the ExCo and in handling requests from the private equity investor.
Qualifications:
  • You hold a degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • You bring more than 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained at a top-tier strategy consultancy, in transaction services/M&A, or in corporate development within a PE-backed environment.
  • You are characterized by strategic thinking, reliability, assertiveness, and the ability to work under pressure
  • Thanks to your excellent communication skills and intercultural competence, you can engage effectively with diverse global stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, along with a pragmatic approach, complete your profile.
  • Fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%) is required
