To drive market access initiatives, the full-time Market Access Channel Strategy Lead will manage relationships with external customers in the Managed Care channel for the Northeast US, focusing on achieving medical coverage policies, obtaining in-network contracts, and monitoring market trends for genetic and genomic tests in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Achieve access and coverage decisions for tests by addressing customer needs and enhancing relationships Develop and implement strategic account plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business and customer goals Build professional relationships with key decision-makers and conduct routine business reviews to track performance and inform stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 8+ years of direct experience with U.S. payer accounts and proven performance in managed care Experience with health plans and independent physician/practice associations (IPAs) preferred Knowledge of the payer payment system in the U.S. and experience with NGS or molecular diagnostics is a plus Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various teams Experience: 8 years required
