We believe in challenging ourselves and each other to go beyond what’s expected and deliver meaningful impact.

We are seeking a quantitative powerhouse – someone experienced at designing and executing highly nuanced research studies in complex pharmaceutical markets; experienced in complex demand and secondary data integration and triangulation.

If you're an ambitious, growth-minded professional, with a versatile research skillset, and you're eager to collaborate with driven, cross-functional teams who will inspire you to achieve your best work, we invite you to explore our Market Research Director role. This role is ideal for someone passionate about research who thrives on applying creative thinking to tackle complex challenges, has a strong foundation in diverse research methodologies, and possesses the skill to uncover powerful insights and develop compelling proposals and reports. Join us if you’re ready to take your career to new heights in a dynamic environment that values hard work, innovation, and continuous growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and lead large, complex, or high-visibility quantitative research engagements – primarily demand and segmentation with secondary data integration.
  • Serve as a senior quantitative expert, collaborating on research design, methodology selection, advanced analytics, and interpretation of complex data.
  • Oversee project quality, profitability, timelines, staffing, and strategic impact across multiple initiatives.
  • Serve as a senior client partner and trusted advisor, translating complex business challenges into effective research and consulting solutions.
  • Lead high-level analysis, insight development, storytelling, and executive presentations.
  • Ensure technical and analytical rigor across quantitative engagements and resolve complex methodological challenges.
  • Lead proposal development, pitch strategy, methodology design, and pricing discussions.
  • Coach and develop team members, raising standards of execution, client leadership, and quantitative capability.
  • Champion innovation, process improvement, and AI-enabled ways of working across the team.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 6+ year’s primary, custom, healthcare market research industry experience required.
  • Significantly experienced in demand research and analysis
  • Use SPSS or other analytic software to explore data, manipulate datasets, create new variables, etc.
  • Joy in exploring big ideas and applying them to real-world challenges.
  • Penchant for creative problem solving and raising the bar.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing the forest for the trees.
  • Willingness and ability to occasionally travel out-of-state/out-of-country.

We are committed to supporting our team members not just in their day-to-day work, but in their long-term growth. That’s why we offer opportunities for professional development, a Great Place to Work-certified culture, and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
