Description We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join a Contract engagement supporting digital marketing performance and measurement initiatives. This role is based in Dallas, Texas, and will focus on transforming campaign and media data into meaningful insights that guide client and business decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with marketing analytics, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Create, update, and validate dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear visibility into marketing performance. Examine paid media and digital channel results to identify trends, explain outcomes, and recommend next steps. Work closely with media, strategy, client-facing, and technical teams to define measurement priorities and reporting deliverables. Investigate discrepancies in reporting outputs and resolve data quality issues to maintain confidence in analytics. Translate complex datasets into concise findings and practical recommendations for stakeholders. Support performance analysis across major advertising platforms, including Google, Meta, and TikTok. Deliver reporting quality assurance and insight generation using visualization tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau. Contribute advanced analysis across large marketing datasets, including data review, validation, and reporting enhancements.

Requirements

Proven background in digital marketing analytics with experience evaluating paid media performance. Hands-on expertise with reporting platforms and advertising data sources such as Google, Meta, and TikTok. Strong capability in dashboard creation and data storytelling using Domo, Power BI, or Tableau. Experience working with large datasets and performing detailed validation to ensure reporting accuracy. Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Working knowledge of SQL and analytics best practices for campaign and performance reporting. Familiarity with digital analytics, paid social, Google Analytics, and related measurement environments. Innovation starts with people.
