Description We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to support marketing technology initiatives in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position will focus on strengthening automated campaign execution, improving audience targeting, and expanding the value of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a practical, hands-on approach to optimizing platform performance and partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable marketing programs. Responsibilities: Design and maintain automated marketing journeys that support customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts. Create refined audience segments and structured data frameworks to enable highly targeted campaign execution. Develop and manage platform queries and related processes to ensure accurate campaign audiences and reliable performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other business systems and improve data movement between platforms. Evaluate current automation workflows and recommend enhancements that increase efficiency, scalability, and campaign impact. Work closely with marketing partners to launch initiatives, translate business goals into platform solutions, and encourage broader use of marketing automation capabilities. Monitor campaign results and identify opportunities to improve engagement, delivery, and overall platform effectiveness.

Requirements

Demonstrated hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in implementation, administration, or optimization capacities. Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, campaign data structures, and query development within a marketing automation environment. Experience building, testing, and managing automated customer journey programs. Ability to assess existing marketing automation setups and introduce practical improvements quickly. Comfortable working independently while managing priorities in a fast-moving business environment. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and performance analysis, including email campaign execution and marketing analytics tools. Knowledge of platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or related digital marketing technologies is preferred. Innovation starts with people.
