Director of Marketing — U.S. Healthcare Portfolio Remote (Latin America) | Full-Time | U.S. Eastern Time Who We Are Kavren Technologies is a U.S.-based company operating a portfolio of healthcare businesses, including a nationwide telehealth platform, a primary care clinic in Miami, and plastic and cosmetic surgery services. Our in-house marketing team drives patient acquisition and growth through Google, Meta, YouTube, SEO, CRM, and other digital channels.

About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Marketing with proven experience in the U.S. healthcare market to lead marketing strategy, execution, and performance across our portfolio. You will own patient acquisition, marketing budgets, team performance, and measurable business results. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, understand campaign performance, identify opportunities, and drive execution. You will report directly to the founder.

What You'll Do

Marketing strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies, budgets, and acquisition targets for each healthcare brand. Paid acquisition: Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other channels, optimizing CPL, CPA, CAC, and marketing ROI. Team leadership: Lead and develop a remote team across paid media, creative, SEO, CRM, content, and web. Conversion optimization: Improve the patient journey from lead generation through appointment booking and patient acquisition. Performance & analytics: Establish KPIs, ensure reliable tracking and attribution, and drive decisions based on data. Marketing operations: Build processes, SOPs, reporting systems, and a culture of continuous testing. Healthcare compliance: Ensure marketing follows applicable U.S. healthcare privacy requirements and advertising platform policies. Leadership reporting: Present weekly results, insights, and action plans directly to the founder. Must Have 5+ years in digital/performance marketing , including 2+ years in leadership. Proven experience marketing healthcare services to patients in the United States. Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads , including campaign strategy, optimization, and performance analysis. Demonstrated success managing paid media budgets and improving patient acquisition costs and conversion rates. Experience leading remote, multidisciplinary marketing teams. Strong knowledge of SEO, CRM, conversion optimization, analytics, and attribution. Experience targeting the U.S. Hispanic market . Familiarity with HIPAA considerations and healthcare advertising policies. Advanced English and availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. Based in Latin America.

Nice to Have

Experience in telehealth, primary care, medical aesthetics, or plastic surgery. Experience managing marketing for multiple healthcare brands. Experience building or scaling an in-house marketing team.

What We Offer

USD 3,000–4,500/month , based on experience, paid against invoice. Full-time, exclusive independent contractor engagement. 100% remote work from Latin America. Direct reporting to the founder.
