ZAYOS also offers a free grader tool that evaluates a restaurant's online presence and pinpoints where potential orders are being lost. The company's second product, ZayCRM, is a field sales CRM designed for startups, focused on fast logging and clean pipelines for teams that close deals in person. ZayRev's products are grounded in real-world experience from its origins as a marketing and revenue agency serving local businesses, with a core mission of helping businesses own their customers, their data, and their growth. Role Description The Marketing Intern (Remote) will support the growth of ZAYOS Online Ordering by assisting with digital marketing campaigns, market research, and sales enablement activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets and restaurant prospects, drafting marketing messages and outreach materials, and helping manage content for email, social media, and other channels. The intern will collaborate with the team to analyze campaign performance, refine marketing strategies, and contribute ideas to improve customer acquisition and retention. Additional tasks may include assisting with customer support documentation, organizing CRM data, and preparing reports and presentations. This is a full-time, remote role that requires proactive communication and strong ownership of assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external prospects.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy development based on data and insights.
• Interest in Sales and revenue-focused marketing, with willingness to support outreach and follow-up activities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social media, online ads) and performance metrics.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting, and open to learning from feedback.
